Judge Doesn’t Let Middleton Teen Play Lacrosse

MADISON – A Middleton girl’s fight to play lacrosse this spring for Edgewood High School was permanently sidelined last week (MAY 6) by a Dane County judge who granted the Wisconsin Athletic Association’s motion to dismiss her lawsuit.

Wisconsin Heights Fires Activities/Athletics Director After Lengthy Hearing

When the Wisconsin Heights School Board filed into a room adjacent to the High School Library on April 22 at 7 p.m., they were there to ostensibly judge the employment fate of an employee. That employee’s actions had drawn attention in various corners of the community, enough so to draw an admittedly small crowd that regardless stayed for the entire five plus hours of the hearing.
